Thank you for choosing ProsperRise Education (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We strive to provide high-quality digital learning content to help students and professionals succeed in their exams and career goals.
Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any purchase through our website (prosperriseeducation.com) or any of our mobile applications (NISM Prep App, Data Analyst Prep App, MCQ Prep App, and other future apps).
All our products—including mock tests, question banks, MCQs, explanations, study modules, and digital content—are delivered instantly in digital format.
➡️ All sales of digital products are final.
We do NOT provide refunds once a purchase is completed unless:
✔ You were charged multiple times for the same product
✔ You cannot access the content due to a verified technical issue on our side
(issues caused by device problems, outdated OS, or unstable internet are not eligible)
⏳ Refund Request Time Limit:
You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund for digital content.
2. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions provide ongoing access to digital content (test series, modules, analytics, and premium features).
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase only if:
✔ You have NOT accessed any paid content
✔ You provide a valid reason for cancellation
After 24 hours, or if content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
Subscriptions cannot be paused, transferred, or partially refunded.
3. Physical Goods (If Applicable in Future)
If we sell physical goods such as books, printed study guides, or merchandise:
✔ Return window: 7 days from delivery
✔ Item must be unused, in original packaging
✔ Valid reasons for return include:
- Wrong item delivered
- Item damaged in transit
- Missing components
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the issue was caused by us.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
Please send an email to prosperriseeducation@gmail.com with:
- Full name
- Email ID used during purchase
- Order ID / Transaction Reference
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund or return
- Screenshots or supporting proof (if applicable)
⏳ Processing Time:
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT offer refunds if:
❌ You changed your mind after purchase
❌ Incorrect or incomplete details were entered at checkout
❌ Your device is incompatible or outdated
❌ You lost access due to uninstalling the app
❌ You shared your account or misused the content
❌ You expected features not listed in the product description
❌ You purchased the wrong course or module
❌ You used a significant portion of the digital content
6. Purchases Made Through Google Play Store
If you purchased a subscription or product through Google Play, refunds may be handled according to Google Play’s policies, which may differ from ours.
We may not be able to process refunds directly for such purchases unless Google authorizes it.
